NASDANK ships orders daily from Monday through Saturday, with the exception of domestic holidays. All outgoing orders are handled by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders placed, and verified, on weekdays before 1pm PST will ship on the same day. Any orders placed after 1pm PST will likely ship on the next business day.

We encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding any of the poducts we carry at NASDANK prior to placing your order. While sizing vary with each individual and brand, NASDANK will try to provide the available information to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase.


We do not accept returns. Please be aware of this while shopping. With our consignment merchandise, which is 99% of our inventory, we will only accept returns in the event of a fulfillment error. If there is a fulfillment error, you must let us know within 14 days of your order’s original ship date. In these instances, first contact us stating the issue, re-pack the item(s) in the packing box your order was shipped in (or comparable) and return the package to NASDANK. Upon receiving the item AND verifying the product is in the same condition it was when it left our store(s), NASDANK process a refund.

Shipping and Handling

We do not accept C.O.D.’s on returned and exchanged items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via USPS, UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please contact us with any questions.

Defective Merchandise

NASDANK does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe you received the wrong product, please clearly explain the mistake via our contact form. NASDANK will reimburse shipping charges, only on items declared defective (up to $10.00).
